Troubleshooting Guide 

SYMPTOM

CAUSE

No sound

•  Not turned on

•  Dead battery

•  Battery door will not close

•  Blocked earmould or tube

Not loud

•  Incorrect earmould placement

•  Blocked sound outlet filter

•  Change in hearing sensitivity
