APPENDIX G WARRANTY INFORMATION
G.1 One-Year Limited Warranty
RESON warrants your RESON system against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from acceptance of the system. During the
warranty period, RESON will, at its option, either repair or replace components
which prove to be defective.
The warranty period begins on the day the system is accepted by the customer.
Your RESON system must be serviced by the RESON office that sold it. The
customer shall prepay shipping charges (and shall pay all duty and taxes) for
products returned for service. RESON shall pay for the return of the products to
the customer, not including any duty and taxes.
G.2 Exclusions
The warranty on your RESON system shall not apply to defects resulting from:
Improper use.
Improper or inadequate installation or maintenance by the customer.
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
Accidental damage.
Improper storage or transportation.
Operation outside the environmental specifications of the product.
Improper site preparation or maintenance.
Opening of any parts of the equipment by anyone other than a RESON
authorized service facility.
Service provided by anyone but a RESON authorized service facility
(see
section G.6 below
).
G.3 Warranty Limitations
The warranty set forth above is exclusive and no other warranty, whether written
or oral, is express or implied. RESON specifically disclaims the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
