5. Click Extract to start the file extraction process.
The “Extracted Record to new file” message briefly appears on the Current
Status progress bar before returning to Idle status.
6. Click DONE.
The extracted files are located in the same location as the original input file.
5.7.8.3 Playback Status
As the Playback progresses, the Playback Status section of the Data Playback tab will
display information regarding the file being played.
Current Status:
Indicates the status of the system.
o
Playback: The system is playing a file.
o
Idle: Playback has stopped.
o
Loading: A file is loading.
o
Unknown: A playback file has not been selected.
Current File Size:
The size of the selected file.
Percent Complete:
The percent of the file that has played.
Current File Name:
The name of the selected file.
Current Directory:
The directory location of the selected file.
NOTE
Most communication with the sonar processor is disabled when in Playback mode.
Alerts will continue to be received and displayed, however any alerts stored in the
playback file will also be displayed. The time stamp on the alert will indicate whether it
is a current or pre-recorded alert.
In addition, recording and playback can be done simultaneously.
5.8 7k Center Console Window
The 7k Center runs in console mode only. The semi-resizable black console window is
active while controlling the sonar. On startup and shutdown progress information is
posted to this window. All other sonar information is obtained from the status display in
the UI. However, if there is a problem with the system, errors may be reported in the
console window as well.
