If this option is activated, the warning “Overpressure” is
displayed in the case of excess system pressure. System
operation is halted until the pressure has gone down again.
The switch-on threshold “On at” (Factory setting 5.5 bar)
can be adjusted. If the system pressure exceeds the adjusted
value, the warning message is displayed and the system ope-
ration is halted until the system pressure has fallen below
the switch-off threshold “Off at” (Factory setting 5.0 bar).
If this option is activated, the warning “Leakage” is displayed
in the case of too low system pressure. System operation is
halted until the pressure has increased again.
The switch-on threshold “On at” (Factory setting 0.7 bar)can
be adjusted. If the system pressure falls below the adjusted
value, the warning message is displayed and the system ope-
ration is halted until the system pressure has increased to the
switch-off threshold “Off at” (Factory setting 1.0 bar).

In the case of a ball valve failure or an inadvertent opening
of the ball valves, there may occur a pipe circulation while
the system is inactive (e. g. overnight). A pipe circulation can
lead to a loss of store heat.
If the monitoring functions “Flow pipe circ.” and “Return
pipe circ.” (resp. one of them) are activated, the correspon-
ding part of the pipework will be monitored for a significant
temperature increase during the night. If a significant tem-
perature increase is measured in three consecutive nights,
the warning message is displayed.
The warning message disappears automatically when a night
passes without a significant temperature increase in the
corresponding part of the pipeworks.
Note:
For the monitoring function “Leakage”, the va-
lues “On at” and “Off at” are interlocked inas-
much as “Off at” always is at least 0.3 bar higher
than “On at”. The adjustment ranges will auto-
matically adapt to that.

In this menu, the optional monitoring functions can be acti-
vated, deactivated and adjusted (see also chap. 16.2).
