8 Troubleshooting and alarms

A key to the error codes is presented below.

• Error codes 109, 118, 120, 132 are user-related and their explanations can be found in the instructions

affixed to the wall.

• The program is automatically interrupted if an error code is encountered.

• After checking and rectifying the error, the machine is reset to operating mode by pressing the STOP

button.

triggered.

The rinse tank heating element is 
overheated, the program is interrupted.

Clean the level sensor. Reset the overheat 
protector. If the error recurs within a few 
hours, contact a service technician!

The overheat protector for 
the wash tank has been 
triggered.

The wash tank heating element is 
overheated, the program is interrupted.

Clean the level sensor. Reset the overheat 
protector. If the error recurs within a few 
hours, contact a service technician!

Temperature in the wash 
tank not reached

The water in the wash tank does not reach 
the pre-selected temperature during 
the cleaning process, the  program is 
interrupted.

Reset the alarm with the STOP button. 
If the alarm recurs, contact a service 
technician

tank not reached

The water in the rinse tank does not reach 
the pre-selected temperature during 
the cleaning process, the program is 
interrupted.

Reset the alarm with the STOP button.

made during operation.

Close the door. Reset the alarm with the 
STOP button.

Long fill time for the wash 
tank

Time to fill the wash tank has exceeded 20 
minutes. The program is interrupted.

Check the water supply to the machine 
and the solenoid valve for filling the wash 
tank. Clean the rinse nozzles. Reset the 
alarm with the STOP button. Contact a 
service technician if the problem persists.
