Problem

No air and no abra-
sive
• Nozzle blocked.
• Nozzle blocked at grip and/or blasting
hose blocked.
• Kink(s) in the foot switch connector hose.
• Switch set to intermediate position.
• Pressure set too low.
• Open the blasting nozzle unit and clean the nozzle
(
• Unscrew the nozzle from the handle and blow it out
with compressed air. Without reconnecting the noz-
zle, activate the foot switch to blow compressed air
through the hose.
• Inspect and correct the connecting hoses.
• Turn the switch until you feel it click into place.
• Open the pressure regulator further (recommended
pressure: 4 - 5 bar).
Air only and no or
very little abrasive
• Dirty or moist abrasive.
• Insufficient abrasive in the unit.
• Intake hose blocked.
• Problems with the additional tank.
• Replace the abrasive.
• Add abrasive.
• Check that the intake hose is not kinked / pinched /
blocked. The intake hose must be securely attached
to the unit base (
).

Reduced blasting
force
• Function selector switch not properly set.
• Nozzle worn.
• Abrasive used up.
• Abrasive feed hose is blocked /
damaged / kinked.
• Insufficient abrasive in the reservoir.
• Make sure the selector switch clicks into place.
• Replace the nozzle.
• Replace the abrasive.
• Drain the abrasive out and inspect / replace the feed
hose.
• Add abrasive.
Excessive abrasive
consumption
• Extraction power set too high.
• Reduce the extraction power.
Blasting chamber
fills with dust.
• Insufficient extraction power.
• Extractor dust bag full.
