(5) Switching to ROM Lock-Bit Read Mode
Clearing the FRDMD bit in FMODR (memory area method) issues a lock bit read mode transition (lock bit read 1)
command. After the transition to ROM lock bit read mode, lock bit value are obtained by read access to the area for
ROM programming and erasure. All bits of a value thus read out have the value of the lock bit of the erasure block that
contains the accessed address (figure 26.10).
