A modification is only required if
the date for the time change is
changed by political decree.

The earliest date on which the
change will occur must be set.
The controller performs the time
change on the Sunday following
this date at 2.00 am or 3.00 am.

If no time change is required,
please set MONTH STOP to the
same value as MONTH START
and DAY STOP to the same value
as DAY START.
