When exercising commences output DO6 is
activated. Then the controller will wait for the
damper’s end position contact to open the input DI6.
If the contacts do not open within 5 minutes the alarm
will be given.
After opening of the contacts has occured the control-
ler will wait for the other set of contacts to close
indicating that all dampers have reached the closed
position. If the contacts do not close within 5 minutes
the alarm will be given.
After closing on DI6 has occurred DO6 is deactivated
again and the controller will wait for the contacts to
open again to input DI6. If the contacts do not open
within 5 minutes the alarm will be given.
After opening of the contacts has occured the control-
ler will wait for the other set of contacts to close
indicating that all dampers have once again reached
the fully open position. If the contacts do not close
within 5 minutes the alarm will be given.
N. FIRE ALARM
The signal from the fire alarm or smoke detector is connected to DI5.
This function is used to set if fans are to continue running or are to be stopped in
the event of alarm.

O. FUNCTION DI7 / DI8
DI7 and DI8 are used for extended running when the scheduler is deactivated.
For single speed fans DI7 is used for extended running.DI7 controls extended
running at normal speed while DI8 controls extended running at reduced speed.
DI8 also has the following function at both low and high speed;
If input DI8 is closed at the same time as DI7 is closed a stop signal will be
given. This function can be used, for example, when an external, common
Manual-0-Auto switch is mounted in the cabinet.
See wiring suggestion for this type of switch fig.1.
When an external switch as in fig.1 is used FUNCTION DI7/8 must be
configured as ”2 Timer”.

Instantaneous closure gives extended running for preset time.
(Factory setting 0 min) .
2. Timer
Extended running as long as the contact is closed.
