2. Scanning channels in 360 degrees: ~15 s setup + (N channels x 0.5)
3. Set beam position and monitor for opportunity to join network (90 s max.).
4. Link is up. RDL-3000 is actively monitoring UBR for UL and DL.
5. Detect UL and/or DL UBR < threshold. Start Re-scan Interval timer.
6. Re-scan Interval timer expired. RDL-3000 drops link and starts new scan (go to 2).

Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) Support
Software version 2.23/2.25 Update 9 and higher supports LLDP. Each Redline LLDP
Data Unit (Frame) consists of the following TLVs:
