RED DSMC OPERATION GUIDE

955-0020_V5.1, REV-H

REMOVE THE +1 ADAPTOR MODULE

Use the instructions in this section to remove the +1 ADAPTOR MODULE.

WARNING:

DSMC modules and adaptors are NOT HOT SWAPPABLE, meaning you cannot remove or install the

modules while the camera is powered on. Before installing or removing modules, you MUST power down the

camera. Failure to do so may result in damage to the modules or DSMC that will not be covered under warranty.

REQUIRED TOOL:

T20 Torx driver

1. Power down the camera.
2. Using a T20 Torx driver, loosen four (4) captive mounting screws attaching the +1 ADAPTOR MODULE to

the DSMC BRAIN.

3. Disconnect the HDMI connector from the DSMC BRAIN.
4. Remove the +1 ADAPTOR MODULE from the DSMC BRAIN.

Loosen the screws in an “X” pattern
