GENERAL INFORMATION
• Carefully read all instructions before using this appliance. Store the
manual, so you are able to consult it in the future. The specifications of this
appliance may deviate somewhat from the images and can be changed
without prior notification.
• Carefully read the safety warnings and instructions before assembling the
appliance and using it for the first time. Not observing the safety warnings
and instructions could lead to personal injury or damage to the appliance.
• Store all warnings and instructions for future use. The appliance is
only suitable for private indoor use. The appliance is not suitable for
semi-professional use (such as in hospitals, clubs, hotels, schools, etc.)
and commercial or professional use (such as in fitness clubs). This
appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children)
with disabilities, physical, sensory or mental impairments, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised by someone
responsible for their safety or this person has shown them how to use the
appliance. This appliance is only intended for indoor use.
SAFETY INFORMATION
Observe the following precautions before assembling and using
the appliance.
• Assemble the appliance exactly as described in the user manual.
• Check all screws, nuts and other connections before using the appliance
for the first time and make sure that the appliance is positioned safely.
• Place the appliance on a dry, stable and flat location and keep it away
from humidity and water.
• In order to avoid dirt, etc., you must place the appliance on a suitable
surface (such as a rubber mat, wooden board, etc.) in the area where it
will be assembled.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents to clean the appliance; only
use the provided tools to assemble the appliance or repair its parts.
Immediately remove all drops of perspiration from the appliance when
you have finished your workout.
• WARNING! Before you start training, we recommend that you visit your
general practitioner for a health check. He or she can determine the
maximum exertion (heart rate, wattage, duration of training, etc.) to which
you can expose yourself and provide you with accurate information about
the correct posture during the workout, your training objectives and
your diet.
• Too much exercise could lead to serious injuries and even death.
Immediately stop your workout when you are feeling weak.
• In case of nausea, dizziness, chest pain or any other physical discomfort,
immediately stop your workout and consult a doctor.
• The appliance may only be used for its intended purpose, i.e. entire body
workouts for adults.
• Make sure the appliance is only used by one person at a time. The
maximum user weight is 120 kg.
• This appliance may be used by children over 14 years of age, as well as
by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
with limited experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised
or instructed in its safe use and also understand the potential risks
involved in such use. Do not allow children who cannot be supervised
near the appliance
• To avoid muscle pain and cramping, start each workout by warming
up and finish by cooling down. Do not forget to stretch at the end of
the workout.
• Only use the appliance in an area with sufficient ventilation.
• Use the appliance on a flat surface and make sure there is sufficient free
space around the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance when parts of it are damaged or defective.
• Keep your hands, feet and other body parts, as well as hair, clothes,
jewellery and other objects away from rotating parts.
• Do not open the appliance without consulting your vendor. Only train on
the appliance when it is in a good condition.
• Wear sports clothes and shoes on the appliance that are suitable for
fitness training. Your sports shoes should be suitable for this appliance.
• Pay special attention to parts that are subject to wear, such as the pedals,
foam handles, end caps and bolts that often make contact with the
ground or connection points. The safety level offered by this appliance
can only be maintained when parts that are subject to wear are regularly
checked and repaired. Immediately replace defective parts and/or do not
use the appliance until it has been repaired.
WARNINGS CONCERNING BATTERIES
• Contains small parts.
• Ensure that leaking batteries do not come into contact with the skin or
eyes.
• In the event of contact with the liquid, rinse with water and consult
a doctor.
• Do not expose product to heat sources such as direct sunlight. Batteries
may explode.
• Keep out of reach of children and animals. Risk of swallowing.
• If batteries are swallowed, call for medical assistance immediately as this
may be life-threatening.
• Do not dispose of the product with domestic waste, as it contains
batteries. Take it to your local chemical waste collection point.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
• Assemble the appliance in the indicated sequence.
• Place the appliance on a sturdy, dry and flat underground and protect it
against humidity and water.
• To prevent damage to the floor, you can place the appliance on an
additional protective layer.
• Leave a free space of at least 100 cm around the appliance.
• Consult the images for the correct assembly of the appliance.
ASSEMBLY
1. Turn the product with the knob towards you, with an additional protective
layer under it. Take the rear stabiliser (3), slide it on the main section (1)
and fasten it with the Allen key and two of the provided rings (5).
