characters in the input fields for alphanumeric inputs.

> button: The function of this button can only be called up if the result of a
measurement is shown in the display. Output takes place in the same way as with

> function, although in this case the printout command is for the long
version of the measurement log to a connected report printer, of type TD-GPT-U.

> button: With this button, the user is able to:

Start a new bar code measurement, if the device displays the start screen or
an evaluation screen shows a previous measurement.

5.5.2 Buttons with special functions
Positioning aid function with laser beam

Before and during the display of a measurement it is possible to switch on the laser
beam by pressing the

button, without starting a measurement. When the laser
beam is switched on, a code can be positioned precisely and centrally beneath it.
Cancel function with multiple measurements
: Button

When device is in
multiple measurement
mode, it is always possible to cancel the
process by pressing the
<3>
button, without having to complete the specified number
of measurements.
Article selection function for article database: Button

(can only be used together with the “article database32” option
