14 Licence conditions
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for the use of this application program, hereinafter
referred to as “software”, from the company REA Elektronik GmbH, Teichwiesenstrasse 1 in
D-
64367 Mühltal, Germany, hereinafter referred to as “REA”.
Please read this License Agreement carefully before installing the software. This End User
License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either as a natural person or legal
entity) and REA concerning the software described above and the associated documentation
in digital format or as a hard copy. The software also includes all updates and extensions to
the original software supplied by REA. By installing, copying, downloading or using or
accessing the software in any other way, you declare yourself as being legally bound to the
terms of the License Agreement and compliance therewith. If you do not agree to the terms of
this License Agreement, you are not authorized to install or use the software.
It should be noted that it is not possible with the current status of technology to create
computer software that operates in a flawless fashion in all applications and combinations.
As such, the contractual object is merely the utilizible software as defined by the description
and instructions for use. It is licensed to the exclusion of all warranties. The software is the
copyright-protected property of REA.
