Digital Receptionist
1. To set up and personalize, press the
Menu.
Use the up and down
navigation keys to select the
Answering System
menu.
2. Select either the
General Greeting
or the
Announce Only
menu to record
a greeting for your mailbox.
3. Select the
Record Greeting
option and speak into the speakerphone.
Press the
Save
softkey when finished recording.
4. Once finished, you will hear your message played back. If you are not
satisfied, you may record the greeting again. This greeting will only be
heard by calls to your extension.
To check your messages,
press the
Ans Sys
button.

Day Greeting, Night Greeting,
or
Auxiliary Greeting.
2. Move the indicator to
Record Greeting
and press the
Select
softkey.
