REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

Before beginning repair or maintenance:

• Read the instructions
• Disconnect charger

• 

Turn the power button OFF

• Exercise caution around  

exposed parts

• Contact Razor Customer Service 

if unsure about any repair or 

maintenance

 Using the 13 mm socket loosen 

the locknut.

 Using the 13 mm socket, loosen 

the locknut.

 Remove the locknut, washer and 

wheel.

 Remove the locknut, washer and 

wheel.
Note: Make sure to align the holes 

on the replacement wheel with the 

splines on the motor gear.

 Insert replacement wheel, 

washer and locknut. 

4

 Tighten the locknut.
