E1XX SERIES ON/OFF SWITCH
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

CAUTION:

 To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and discon-

nect charger before removing or installing the batteries. Failure to follow these steps in the 
correct order may cause irreparable damage.

Note:

 For versions E100/E125 v1-40, E150 v1-26, 

E175 v19-33) 

Please use the two shorter 4mm Allen Bolts 

provided with the new On/Off Switch if the existing 4mm 
Allen Bolts on the deck plate are longer then the 4mm 
Allen Bolts included with the new On/Off Switch. Refer to 
“Figure B” and Step 1 “Figure 1”.

Step 1

Using a Phillips head screwdriver, remove the four 

screws in the front of the deck.  Using a Phillips 

head screwdriver and 8mm open wrench, remove 

the two screws and locknuts in the back of the 

deck. Using a 4mm Allen wrench remove the two 

hex bolts. Remove deck plate. Keep screws.

Note:

 If you are having difficulty removing the 

screws, use pliers to twist the screw out from the 

bottom.

Using Phillips head screwdriver, remove the 

screws on the battery bracket and remove 

bracket.
