Chapter 4

Tractor

Engage the Lockout Switch on the tractor while performing daily inspections.

Check fuel and other fluid levels as recommended by the tractor manufacturer.

Inspect wheels.

check tire pressure or inspect tracks and service as recommended by the man-

ufacturer.

Inspect the camera and radar perception systems;

wipe off the QR plate.

ensure the radar sensor is clear of debris.

wipe off the lens on each of the perception cameras.

check that camera brackets are secure and undamaged.

suspend autonomous operation and repair any brackets as needed.

Calibrate the brakes

When the Autonomous switch is toggled to autonomous mode, monitor the

brake pedals in the cab. The pedals will fully extend and retract.

Note:

Disconnect the left and right brake pedals when calibrating the brake

actuators.

Note:

The OMNiDRIVE™ brake actuators will calibrate automatically after every

ignition cycle when the armrest switch is toggled on.
