iX3M 2 in GAUGE mode
Use the Gauge mode as described in the example on the left.
ATTENTION: To use the iX3M 2 in GAUGE mode an adequate training is
necessary!
To start the dive in GAUGE mode set DIVE MODE = GAUGE in the DIVE SETS1 menu
before to start the dive.
iX3M 2 uses a double selection system to prevent unintended reset of Time or
Average Depth.

Do your know what?:
The iX3M 2 calculates in background the tissue saturation and desaturation also in GAUGE
mode using a fake Mix (10/60) with a high inert contents. This value is registered in the logbook.
If after a dive in GAUGE you want to to carry out a dive in OC using the iX3M 2 decompressive
calculations, the iX3M 2 will consider the new dive as the next repetitive of the day.
Well note:
Even if the iX3M 2 carries out the decompressive calculation in background, they are not shown
on the display and they don’t affect the GAUGE mode.
