組裝配件

準備容器及材料

準備容器及材料時注意以下事項：

使用較深的容器，以免材料於打蛋時四濺

避免使用塑膠或鋁製容器，因這類容器很容易變形或造成刮傷

材料份量不得高於打蛋棒攪拌翼部份。
