6. Operation Instruction
1.
Make sure the On/Off switch is on the “0” position before plug.
2.
Insert the beaters into the bowl gently. (When the ingredients are small quantity, you may tilting
the bowl for easier stirring.)
3.
Turn on the hand mixer by sliding the On/Off switch. User should adjust the spinning speed due
to different purpose, there are 5 speeds selection in total. (From the lowest spinning speed 1 to
highest spinning speed 5)
WARNING: Do not press the release button during operation, otherwise the beaters might eject
out and cause dangerous.
4.
When the whipping is done, slide the On/Off switch to “0” position and then pull up the hand
mixer.
CAUTION: Do not raise the beaters when they are still spinning to avoid splash.
5.
Unplug the power plug and then press the eject button to release beaters.
*** CAUTION! Do not run the hand mixer continuously over 5 minutes.
Let the appliance rest and
cool down for 15 minutes after a 5 minutes operation, otherwise the appliance might be damaged
due to overheat.
7. Trouble Shooting
During operations, if any error occurred, please check the following table before call for service.

cut the ingredients to smaller
pieces.
Check whether the amount of
ingredients are too much.

If the above remedies/solutions cannot fix the problem
OR
below conditions occurred, unplug the appliance
immediately and report to Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. at 2406 5666 for checking and repairing.
To avoid any danger and damage to the appliance, do not disassemble or repair the appliance by yourself.

If the power cord and power plug is heating abnormally.
2.
If the electricity flows discontinuously when the power cord is slightly bended.
3.
If the appliance is abnormally hot, emitting burnt smell and smoke.
4.
If you get electrically shocked when touching the appliance.
5.
If the appliance sometimes could not switch off automatically.
