6.3
Additional hydraulics
Additional hydraulics are required to operate certain attachments.
Application example: hydraulic swivelling of the snow plough.
6.4
Axle extension
Increased suitability for slopes is achieved using the axle extension.
One or two axle extensions can be fitted at each wheel side, which increases the track
width by 165 or 330 mm.
Note
Axle adjustment and additional hydraulics cannot be used simultaneously.
Warning
The machine may suddenly trap the operator or third persons, cause them to fall over or
run them over.
• Pressurised hydraulic oil can penetrate the skin. A doctor must be consulted
immediately if this occurs due to the risk of infection.
• Repairs to the hydraulic system may only be carried out by an authorised Rapid dealer.
• Check hydraulic hoses for cracks and damage at regular intervals and have them
replaced by a specialist workshop if necessary.
