11.1.1
Disassembly
Before starting disassembly work, ensure that no material reservoir and no building platform is inserted in the
machine.
(1)
Switch off the machine.
(2)
Disconnect the power supply off the machine.
(3)
Remove any material residues and dispose as intended (e.g. printing materials).
(4)
Afterwards, properly clean the components and disassemble in compliance with local environmental
guidelines. [see data of material compositions]
11.2
Dispose
The machine may be returned to Rapid Shape upon prior notification for final disposal. Any costs incurred in
this connection shall be borne by the customer / operator himself.
Materials used:
Hoods: Aluminum, steel, plastic (ABS), glass
Housing: Aluminum, steel, plastic (POM), glass
Electronics: Circuit boards/PCBs, electronic components, aluminum (housing), steel (housing)
Other materials <10%: Various
