Sets the total CDMA output power. The value range depends on the RF output used
and the external attenuation set. The "CDMA Power" level does not include the AWGN
power level.

The allowed value range can be calculated as follows:

Range (CDMAPower) = Range (Output Power) - External Attenuation - AWGNPower

Range (Output Power) = -130 dBm to -5 dBm (RFx Com) or -120 dBm to 3 dBm (RFx
Out)
