On Limit Failure
: The measurement is stopped as soon as one of the limits is
exceeded, irrespective of the repetition mode set. If no limit failure occurs, it is per-
formed according to its "Repetition" mode and "Transport Blocks" settings. Use this
value for measurements that are essentially intended for checking limits, e.g. pro-
duction tests.
Remote command:
Forward/Reverse Link PER > Max Test Packets Sent
Defines the number of test packets to be sent by the R&S
CMW/AT for the respective
measurement (statistics cycle, single-shot measurement).

Defines the maximum duration of the "Forward Link Throughput" measurement as a
number of 26.66 ms CDMA frames (statistics cycle, single-shot measurement).

Limits (for PER)
In the "Limits" section you can configure the PER limits including the limits for confi-
dence testing, see
chapter 2.2.14.4, "Statistical PER Tests (Confidence Testing)"
The conformance test specifications 3GPP2 C.S0032-B and 3GPP2 C.S0033-B define
a variety of test cases related to PER limits. Adjust the value in accordance with your
measurement.
