user privilege Revised the privileged level of the user.
Password Revise the current user password.

Revise the user privilege level.

(administrant|normal|limited) : user level

The Default privilege is ADMINISTRANT

When hope to restrict one user privilege, don’t allow him to execute some command, we can use this
command to restrict the other users. This command only can be executed by the controller whose
privilege is ADMINISTRANT.

please execute "write" to save!
Show the information that the privilege of the specific user is correct.
You Need higher priority!
Indicate the current lading user level is not asministrant, it can’t revise the other users privileges.

Set the privilege of the user abd as normal.
