Location of the E&M signaling jumper
Configurations
The E&M signaling type can be configured through the jumper. To conduct jumper
connection, use the jumper cover attached to the E&M to sheathe the jumper pin vertically to
the bottom of the jumper pin.
To configure the jumper, you do not need to care about the jumper No., but just conduct
jumper connection in the direction from the panel to the backplane. By default, the signaling
type is V. Table 8-30 lists the jumper connection of each E&M signaling type.
