THEORY OF OPERATION
The pumps described in this manual are volumetric pumps with double-acting cylinders and free ball
valves.
The reciprocating movement of the pistons is obtained through a “sector system” which guarantees a
linear flow (minimum accelerations) and with a double guide that supports the piston in the cylinder.
The predisposition for the installation of compensation tanks directly on the delivery and suction pipes
ensures their stability.
The flow rate is proportional to the number of revolutions.
Dry running (empty pump) for max. 10 minutes does not cause any damage.
A four-way valve allows reversing the flow in the delivery and suction pipes.
