Accepting mass of load resting on the weighing pan as a reference mass, to do it

Procedure 1
– entering reference mass manually
•
Press
button (Set reference mass).
•
Enter the reference mass value and press
button to confirm.
•
Weighed products mass is compared to the reference mass, the weight difference is
displayed in [%].
Procedure 2
– accepting mass of load resting on the weighing pan as a reference mass
•
Load the weighing pan with the sample.
•
Upon indication stabilization press <
Set 100%> button.
•
100.000% indication is displayed, weight of the product resting on the weighing pan
is accepted as reference mass, it is automatically recorded and displayed in
reference mass field.
•
Unload the weighing pan.
•
From now on the weighed products mass is compared to the reference mass, the
weight difference is displayed in [%].
Procedure 3
– selecting product from Products Database:
•
Press <
Products> database. Select product to be weighed.
•
Info field automatically displays modified information concerning reference mass.
•
Product-related reference mass is automatically recorded and displayed in reference
mass field. Press
button to open reference mass field.
•
0.00 % indication is displayed (for unloaded pan).
•
From now on the weighed products mass is compared to the reference mass, the
weight difference is displayed in [%].
19.2. Checkweighing and Dosing in Percent Weighing Mode
PERCENT WEIGHING function can be aided by DOSING and CHECKWEIGHING functions.
In order to make them accessible assign them to an on-screen button.
Remember to provide percent values for both of the functions.
Procedure:
1. Press grey workspace area.
2. The following submenus are displayed: Settings, Buttons, Information, Printouts,
Profile.
3. Select <Buttons> menu.
4. List of on-screen buttons, function buttons and proximity sensors is displayed.
5. Press selected element and assign a key to it.
