Upon completed configuration procedure, the software runs function assigned to a particular
proximity sensor, having detected motion around it. To provide correct operation, it is
necessary to set respective proximity sensors sensitivity and delay (read section 34
‘Proximity sensors sensitivity’).
14.3.2. Automatically Opened Door
Settings for devices equipped with auto door opening and closing mechanism, MYA 4Y and
XA 4Y.A series balances. The settings concern quick access buttons and proximity sensors.
MYA 4Y series balance settings:
Open/Close door
– parameter for changing door state; e.g. door closing when
the weighing chamber is opened, and door opening when the weighing chamber
is closed.
Left door
– changing position (open/close state) of door on the left side of the
weighing chamber.
Right door
– changing position (open/close state) of door on the right side of the
weighing chamber.
XA 4Y.A series balance:
Open
– weighing chamber door opening.
Close
– weighing chamber door closing.
Open/close door
– parameter for changing door state; e.g. door closing when
the weighing chamber is opened, and door opening when the weighing chamber
is closed.
To swap from manual to automatic door opening mode in XA 4Y.A balance:
1. Turn the door knob 180
˚
either left or right.
2. Using your hands slide the door, both left and right, from the front to back thus making
them couple the mechanism.
Door coupling is easy to be sensed (the pawls get engaged with the notch). To return to
manual operation, turn the knob to its previous position.
14.4. Information
Information on weighing process is displayed in
the grey workspace. The workspace can contain
up to 6 data. If larger amount of data is
selected, then only the first 6 are displayed.
Each parameter features two options:
- YES, information enabled (displayed in the
workspace).
- NO, information disabled.
14.5. Printouts
Printouts menu comprises two separate sections:
• standard printouts,
• non-standard printouts.
