The above processes are carried out by pressing dedicated soft keys located on the top of
the display. Follow the displayed commands.
30.2. Products
<Products> database contains names of all products that are weighed, counted or
controlled.
Procedure:
•
Enter < Databases> submenu, press < Products> entry.
•
Press < Add> button to add a new product to the database, or.
•
Select already existing product.
List of parameters defined for a product:
1. Name [product name]
2. Description [product description]
3. Code [product code]
4. EAN code [product EAN code]
5. Mass
[unit mass of a product]
6. Dosing speed [option for <Mass control> mode, determines
in [%] (0% - 100%)feeder dosing speed. The
value of dosing speed has to be determined
by tests dependent on
size, shape and mass of dispensed parts (pills)]
7. Min [minimum mass for weighing the product using
result control thresholds – LO. Value of <T1->
error for <Mass control> mode determined as
percent of the nominal mass]
8. Max [ maximum mass for weighing the product
using result control thresholds – HI. Value of
<T1+> error in working mode <Mass control>
working mode determined as percent of the
nominal mass]
9. Tolerance [% value calculated in relation to mass (5)
denoting measuring area in which the
measurement is recognized as correct.]
10. Tare [product’s tare value, set automatically on
selecting a product from the database]
11. Price [unit price of a product]
12. PGC mode [control mode (Non-destructive average tare,
Non-destructive empty – full, Destructive full –
empty, Destructive empty – full)]
13. Batch portion [measuring batch for control: Non-destructive
empty-
