UNPACKING, INSTALLING AND TESTING
3.1 Place of use and installation
•
The scale should be stored and used in locations free of vibrations and
shakes, and free of air movement and dust.
•
Ambient air temperature should not exceed the range of: +10 °C ÷ +40 °C.
•
Ambient relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
•
During operation, ambient temperature in the weighing room should not
change more than 3 °C within one hour.
•
The device should be located on a stable wall console desk or a stable
working table, not affected by vibrations, distant from heat sources.
•
Since part of the scale is a strong magnet it is necessary to take special
precaution when weighing magnetic objects. Should such loads be
weighed, use under-pan weighing option, with this the weighed load is
removed from an area influenced by the magnet. The hook for under-pan
weighing is installed in scale base.
•
In order to avoid the influence of static electricity on the measurement
process, ground the scale housing. The grounding bolt is located at the
back of the scale housing.
3.2 Unpacking
Cut the sealing tape. Take the scale out of the packaging. Open the accessories
box and take all necessary components. Upon placing the scale in the desired
location, assembly its weighing pan and other parts following an instruction.
Be as gentle as possible so as not to damage the scale mechanism by accident.
