Procedure
Step 1
Press
User settings.
Step 2
Select Call-Answer Mode.
Step 3
Select Volume.
Step 4
Use the down arrow key to scroll to the Volume setting.
Step 5
Use the left and right arrow keys to move the slider until the requested value appears on the
screen.
Adjusting the Ringing Volume
Set the ringing tone of the incoming call to a comfortable hearing level.
Press
+ or - on the Remote Control Unit to adjust the sound you are hear when receiving a call
from the Main Menu page.

User settings.
Step 2
Select Call-Answer Mode.
Step 3
Select Ringing Volume.
Step 4
Use the down arrow key to navigate to the Ringing Volume setting.
Step 5
Use the left and right arrow keys to move the slider until the requested value appears on the
screen.
Muting/Unmuting the Microphone Pod
Use the Mute function if you want to prevent the remote site from hearing you.
Procedure
Step 1
Press on the Remote Control Unit to mute the Microphone Pod.
The
icon appears on the display.
Or press the Mute button on the Microphone Pod.
Step 2
Press again to unmute the Microphone Pod. Or press again the Mute button on the Microphone
Pod.
Note:
If the
icon appears on your display, the microphone input of the remote endpoint is
muted.
