Power-up configuration
The following 82600 configuration options are determined during a PWRGOOD
reset, using pull-up or pull-down resistors on memory address lines:

This non-standard option is provided by resistor strapping options.
The 82600 does not support the LOCK function on the local PCI or the
BPCI buses.

10K pull-down General-purpose I/O pins on the 82600 are used as EIDE
data bus. (Default = EIDE).
ADDR1
10K pull-down General-purpose I/O pins are used for bus arbitration
signals ~BREQ[6:3] and ~BGNT[6:3]. (Default: GPIO).
ADDR2 and
ADDR5
Combination determines Monarch/non-Monarch mode
as shown below.

10K pull-down Multiplexed pins are used for the memory ECC function;
the COM2 port is disabled. (Default: ECC).
ADDR7
10K pull-down General-purpose I/O pins are used for the serial port,
COM1 function. (Default = COM1).
ADDR8
10K pull-down The I/O queue depth is set to 8. (Default: 8).
ADDR10
10K pull-down SB frequency, only 133 MHz PSB is supported (Default:
set to 133MHz).
ADDR11
10K pull-down PSB frequency, only 133 MHz FSB is supported.
