Notes:
• If the dial type is set to
DIAL
TYPE
PULSE
and you want
to use tone dialing for a memory number, you must store
the tone entry (
DIAL
TYPE
TONE
) as the first entry of the
number you want to tone dial.
• To keep your accounts secure, we recommend you do not
store your personal access codes for services such as
bank-by-phone in a memory location.
• When storing numbers for special services, store the ser-
vice’s main phone number in one memory location and
numbers for additional information in other locations.
Storing a Number in Memory
Make sure the handset is
OFF
. Phone numbers can only be
stored when the phone is on hook.
1. Enter the number you want to store.
2. Press
OK
on the handset to display the categories.
3. Press

4. Press
OK
to enter the program.

5. Press the memory location number (01–20) where you
want to store the number. A ringing tone sounds, and the
phone number is stored in memory.
