Inspect electrical power cords and plugs for general condition.
Regularly
FTM users:
Check the status of the FTM (see page 42) and
replace when necessary (see page 68).
Regularly
Check and clean the glass chamber and the 'L' gaskets as required,
using a lint-free tissue and foam cleanser, or similar.
Do not use vacuum grease on 'L' gaskets.
Monthly
QT150T S and QT150T ES only:
Check the condition of the target
material. The wear will depend on use. This is mainly over an
outer annulus, accounting for some 70% of the surface area.
Monthly
Check vacuum pump oil level
Monthly
Change oil using 1 litre of supergrade 'A'.
6 Monthly
Check oil mist filter for saturation. This is a disposable plastic filter
and cannot be reactivated.
6 Monthly or more
