Place the components of the carriage
on the adaptor as shown in the figures
below.
Make sure the brackets of the carriages
are aligned with one another.
On each door, place two carriages
with distances as specified previously.
Keep in mind that the part of the
carriages with the wheels faces the
wall of the beam where the automation
is attached.
Hang the doors on the guide track (as shown below). Check that they slide easily. With the M6
screws, adjust to the exact height above the floor and with a plumb line check for perfect linearity.
For vertical adjustment, loosen the 2 screws (A) that hold the mobile plate. Raise or lower (±10mm)
the doors using the screw (B). When position is correct, tighten screws (A). For horizontal
adjustment loosen the screws M6 (C). Move the door in the desired direction. (±10mm). When the
position is correct, tighten the screws (C).
N.B. Any gaskets or brushes on the floor must not impede sliding.
