Mode

The

Quidel

Triage

MeterPro

has

the

capability

for

the

operator

to

enter

both

numeric

and

alpha

characters

from

the

keypad.

The

keypad

operates

in

numeric

mode

until

alpha

mode

is

activated

by

pressing

the

key.

The

meter

stays

in

alpha

mode,

indicated

by

the

letters

"ABC"

shown

at

the

top

of

the

display,

until

the

key

is

pressed

again.

When

in

alpha

mode,

pressing

any

key

causes

the

alpha

character

to

be

displayed.
