Kiaro! 50 User Guide
Turn off the printer. After the Power LED goes off, turn the power on again. If an error
occurs after turning on the power again, contact Technical Support.
Note the error number (4 digits) displayed on the Status Monitor for support purposes.

Solution
Is the AC adapter and power cord prop-
erly connected?
After confirming that the AC adapter
and power cord are properly connected,
insert the power plug firmly into the
power outlet.
Is the power outlet supplying electricity?
Try plugging in other electric appli-
ances. If it works properly, a printer fail-
ure is possible. Contact QuickLabel
Support.

Solution
Did an error occur?
Use the Status Monitor to view the error
message and correct the problem.
Is it connected to the computer?
Connect the computer and the printer
correctly with the interface cable.
Is the printer correctly selected?
Select the Kiaro! 50 printer to be used in
the printing dialog box.
Are you printing something such as a
large image?
If the Status LED (green) is flashing, the
data is still being processed. Stand by.
Are you printing for a long period?
When printing for a long period the print
head temperature will rise.
To protect the head, printing operations
will be temporarily interrupted.
