Adjustment:
The handlebar position can be adjusted to the user (arm length and
body position) by an authorized dealer according the available
adjustment options.
WARNING!
•
The handlebar must not touch the knee or thigh while
driving, especially through bends.
•
Do not allow the elbows to completely extend when the
handlebars are furthest away from the body.
•
If you have poor seating stability, or weak trunk
muscels, a suitable restraint must be used. Please
contact your therapist, doctor or authorized dealer.
The handlebar height can be adjusted by 5,5 cm by
changing the angle of the stem, (Fig.4.1).
In addition the handlebar position can be adjusted via the
docking system by at least 5.0 cm forward and 3.0 cm
upward, (Fig.4.2).
Examples of the possible adjustment range, and the
differences due to the given wheelchair dimensions /
settings, (Fig.4.3 - 4.6).
WARNING!
•
Ensure that all cables are free from entrapment and
kinks.
