Support  

Quick Heal provides extensive technical support for the registered users. It is recommended 
that you have all the necessary details with you during the support call to receive efficient 
support from the Quick Heal support executives. 

To see the support options, follow these steps: 

 

Log on to the QHHS Web portal 

https://myhs.quickheal.com

On top right corner, click on the information section, and then click Support. 

The Support page includes the following options. 

Product Information: Visit Forums includes online forum where you can search your query 
to get an appropriate answer. Visit FAQ includes most frequently asked questions. When 
you visit this web page, click your product. You can see the FAQ list. 

Email Support: Using this option, you can submit a ticket for your query online or send us 
an email. We will send an appropriate answer at the earliest. 

Diagnostic Report: If you doubt you have detected some virus, you can send this report to 
us.  

Remote Support & Configuration: Using this option, you can connect with us to get help 
from our support team on a technical issue.
