After the new HTAC Server Firmware is highlighted, select the Open button. The file is copied to the 
HTAC and displays in the Firmware Image field in the Firmware Update tab.

To start the install, select the Update button. 

The Upload Progress bar shows loading process until it is 100% complete. The Status window displays the 
firmware file elements as they process, as shown in Figure 79. If the firmware install fails, the progress bar 
does not reach 100%, and the factory should be contacted to resolve the install failure. 

4.

 

Note: Verify the system Feed Control Box is installed, powered, and connected correctly. In the example 
shown in Figure 79, the Feed Control Box was not connected, so the associated firmware update was 
aborted.
