The Service Tag Number is located on the service tag, which is located
on a pullout tray on the front of each MDC Node of the StorNext M330
Metadata Appliance.

TSM Indexing Delay for
Large Databases
A database index named
classndxatimeme
will be automatically
added to the tmdb.tier000files% and tmdb.tier001files% tables upon
starting TSM for the first time after upgrading to StorNext 5 release
5.0.1 (and later). This index improves the performance of certain
operations such as truncation policies. However, the creation of this
