Changing the Sync Negotiation Setting

The
Sync Negotiation
option controls whether the library robotics
negotiates synchronous data transfer mode. Normally, this negotiation is
performed by the host.
To enable or disable
Sync Negotiation
:

Access the
Configuration
screen (see

Press the
Up
or
Down
buttons until
Sync Negotiation
is highlighted.

Press
Select
.

Use the
Up
or
Down
buttons to select the desired
Sync Negotiation
setting. The available settings are
Enabled
and
Disabled
.

Press
Select
.
To return to the
Configuration
screen without changing the option
setting, press
Cancel
.

Press
Main
to return to the main screen.
Note:
This option does not enable or disable synchronous data
transfers; it only controls the ability of the library to negotiate
for such transfers.

The default setting is
Enabled
.
