2.3.6 Load balancing PDUs
When selecting a PDU for use with the ActiveScale X100 it is important to consider how to balance the
electrical load of the system on the PDU to prevent damaging power equipment or the system itself.
2.4 Build space requirement for rackless systems
The rackless version of ActiveScale X100 is designed to be delivered on multiple pallets and installed on
site. Because of this, it is important to be sure that enough space is available for the individuals that will
build the system to work.
While installing system components, there needs to be a minimum of 1220mm (48") of space at the front
of the rack to allow for the space needed for the largest system component to be installed by a two people.
