2.3.2 Mechanical requirements
Redundancy
The PDUs selected must have at least 35 receptacles available for ActiveScale X100 components.
Preferably, these would be split into two, redundant, PDUs, to protect the system from PDU or power
failure. Each component would have one connection to each PDU.
A single PDU should be able to support the full load of the system to adequately protect against PDU
failure. System shutdown and/or data loss may result if redundant PDUs are not utilized.
