N1. Remove the components from your original machine

Feed Table
Catch Tray
Weighing Platform
LAN Cable
Power Cable
Meter
Ink Cartridge
Remove the Feed Table

from the left hand side by lifting the machine

slightly
and sliding the Feed Table downwards to unlock, then detach the Catch Tray

Disconnect the LAN Cable

from the left hand
side by pressing and holding down the clip
Disconnect the Power Cable

from the right
hand side of the machine

The machine must be disconnected from
the power supply before continuing to
the next step!
Open the door of the Meter compartment
and slide the Meter

towards you

N2. Unpack your replacement
Remove replacement unit from box. Remove all transit tape
and packaging from replacement machine. Place original unit
back into box ready for collection

Caution: Product weighs 9.9kg,
please seek assistance before lifting
Remove the Meter

Please do not connect your
replacement machine to the power
until step N6.2
Remove the Weighing Platform

connector from the COM PORT at
the rear of the machine

Lift the cover of the machine, Press
down on the Cartridge

below the
word ‘TOP’ until you hear a ‘click’

Remove the Ink Cartridge

Remove tabs from
print heads before
inserting into unit!
Lower Weighing Platform release panel at rear of
the machine. Remove the Weighing Platform

from the top of the machine
