When replacing the pickup roller assembly back into the feed bed, ensure the drive

dog is fully engaged.

Hopper 1 Pickup Rollers

To access the feed pickup roller for the first uppermost hopper 1, open the Flex

Folder top cover.

Follow the procedures set out in section

Flex Folder Pickup Rollers

on page 185 to

replace the feed pickup rollers.

Close the Flex Folder top cover once replacement is complete.

Hopper 2, 3 and 4 Pickup Rollers

To access the feed pickup rollers for hoppers 2, 3, and 4, it is advisable to remove all

hoppers for ease of access, beginning with the lowermost subsequent hopper.

Slightly lift and gently pull out the hoppers as shown below to access the feed

pickup rollers for replacement.

Follow the procedures set out in section

Flex Folder Pickup Rollers

on page 185 to

replace the feed pickup rollers.

Refit the removed hoppers once feed pickup roller replacement is complete.
