Drop Tray Kit (option) Installation Instructions
Order AS-CSD6DT (DT-860L) for Left-to-Right operation. Order DT-860R for Right-to-Left operation.
NOTE:
The pictures in this procedure show the DT-860L being installed at the right-hand end of the conveyor.
If you are installing DT-860R these items will be installed on the left-hand end of the conveyor.
1.
Remove the three screws attaching the Stacking Tray to the
conveyor. Remove the Stacking Tray and discard.
2.
Install the Drop Tray Mounting Plate to the exit end of the
Conveyor using the five screws supplied.
3.
Assemble the Drop Tray as shown and install it on the
Mounting Plate as shown.
4.
Install the Guide Rollers to the side frames at the exit end of the
conveyor using the screws provided.
