Check to make sure the toner cartridge is not defective. If it is,
install a new toner cartridge.
Uneven Print Density

Redistribute the toner.

Check to make sure the toner cartridge is not defective. If it is,
install a new toner cartridge.
White or Light Lines

Remove the toner cartridge and rock it as you do before installing
a new cartridge. This redistributes toner inside the cartridge.
Reinstall the cartridge.

If step 1 does not solve the problem, install a new toner cartridge.

If you have a problem you can’t resolve, contact your QMS vendor.
Your QMS vendor is best equipped to handle most problems you may
encounter. If you can’t get service from your vendor, see appendix A,
“QMS Customer Support.”

call QMS Customer Technical Assurance (CTA). See appendix A,
“QMS Customer Support,” for information.
